Chicago Summer Safety Social Media Campaign
Share a wide range of approachable, welcoming, and easy-to-read posts designed to remind people that COVID-19 doesn’t go away in the summer months. This campaign includes seven graphics that you can use all summer long to help keep Chicagoans safe!

The Bridge Access Program Manual
For Chicago Health Care Providers
The Bridge Access Program for Uninsured Adults (hereafter the Bridge Access Program) is a program that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) began in Fall 2023. This program manual is intended for providers currently enrolled in the Bridge Access Program in Chicago.

Chicago is home to large Spanish, Polish, and Arabic populations that have limited access to resources in their first language. In order to help Chicago health care providers reach these communities, we’ve translated outreach materials that cover basic COVID-19 safety and vaccination information, including:
COVID-19 Vaccine FAQ for Pregnant & Lactating Persons – This patient handout covers important patient questions regarding the safety and administration of the COVID-19 vaccine for pregnant and lactating people. This is a great resource to share with your pregnant or lactating patients who are concerned about getting the vaccine.
